The results were excellent. She came up with a number of roofline options and worked closely with us to finalize many details that assisted the bidding process. She had creative ideas that improved the final design as well. The Structural Engineer we used also commented that her responsiveness helped him avoid delays.

I can assist you with a complete Home Remodel for an addition, or even if you are just moving some walls around to work within your lifestyle. I provide a complete package that you can use to get bids for products or for construction bids. I can also generate drawings to acquire building permits with required documents. I can also assist you with product selection (if needed) I sell Cabinetry by Medallion, Columbia, and Omega/Dynasty and Custom Cabinetry Shop.

Visualizing your project on paper before the construction starts will save lots of time and eliminate many surprises!

As a Freelance Home Designer / CAD drafter, Clare can help you benefit from the flexibility that your project may need. She goes the extra step and discovers what works within your budget. By discovering your project on paper, you discover what item style, size, item proportion, and colors schemes work for you.

Some designers just design and pick out colors, while some CAD Designers/Drafters just give you the basic information that you need to get city permits. At Clockwise Design, Clare understands the components that all projects need. From conceptualizing ideas and setting up a budget, to gathering all the information required for CAD drawings, to supplying structural engineer calculations for moving walls or planning an addition, she can provide the complete drawing package to submit for city approval. All technical requirements and details are included: framing, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, and structural calculations. At the end of the project, you own the drawings, provided for you in a PDF file format. PDF formatted files are excellent communication tools for sharing with prospective contractors.

Clare’s specialty is in creating graphic documentation to help in visualizing usable space. She plans your project as a 3-D rendering for your Kitchen, Bath, Office, Laundry Room, Entertainment Center, or whole house with emphasis on space planning. For renderings that are more realistic, she can specify your particular cabinet door style, wood species, cabinet color choice, flooring, lighting, appliances, moldings, windows, doors, furniture, plants, and room color.

Reasonable pricing structure, rates depend on the extent of the project and details. Fees for conceptual design start at $375 for a room size approximately 14’X 16’, however you can purchase as much or as little service, that that is necessary to meet your requirements.
